Trading hours first

Central London sites are booked before opening (from 06:30) or after close, so the boiler is drained and tested without losing a single cover.

Congestion and ULEZ routed

Work is clustered geographically on fixed days so travel is predictable, and our fleet is ULEZ-compliant — no surprise charges passed on to you.

Landlord and FM reporting

Every examination produces an asset record with make, model, serial, findings and next due date, exportable for property compliance files.

Not sure whether your machine needs a scheme?

Send the make, model and group count. You will get a straight answer and a fixed price the same working day — read the full PSSR guide first if you want the detail.
